1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• V Help LLC. (“Company”, "Website”, “Platform”, “we”, “our” or “us”) under these terms and conditions ("Terms"), provide you the services contained in this website. V Help LLC maintains the vhelp.com website
• Any reference to "you" or "your" as appropriate refers to the individual accessing, using, and/or participating in the platform in any way all-encompassing each of your heirs or successors. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and justify that you have the authority to bind that entity, and further will consider your acceptance of the terms to be accepted and hence the entity will be referred to by "you" and "your".
• You verify that you have read and understood the terms and conditions each time you access this website. From time to time, in our sole discretion, we may amend these terms and conditions and we recommend that you check them often.
• By accessing this website, you indicate that you agree to be governed by all of the terms and conditions, including any changes made from time to time.
• United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.

• Visa or MasterCard Debit and Credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. Also bank transfer to company account.
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and V Help LLC policies and rules.
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
• Customer using the website who are minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.
• The company reserves all rights to update, revise, supplement or otherwise amend the terms and conditions at any point from time to time and to impose new and/or additional rules, policies, terms and/or terms on your use of the platform (collectively referred as "Additional Terms"). Such additional terms shall enter into force instantly and shall be integrated in these terms and conditions. Your ongoing use of the platform is your acceptance of all such additional terms and conditions.

The Platform's services ("Services") include active online service directory that provides businesses, traders, including freelancers ("Providers") to publish demands on the platform. Website customers will post the requirements, and Providers will send the quotations. The Platform lists and sells their products to users at vhelptechnologies.com. To be noted that the website only helps facilitate transactions performed on this platform, it is neither the buyer nor the vendor of the products or services provided by the provider. We provide a place to negotiate and make transactions for suppliers and buyers. Accordingly, the contract formed at the completion of a sale for these third-party products or services is solely between buyer and provider. Eqonline.ae is not a party to this agreement, nor does it assume any liability resulting from or in association with it, nor is it the agent of the provider. The provider is liable for selling the products and services and dealing with any purchaser allegations or other issues resulting from or in connection with the buyer-provider agreement.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users may access the Platform without registering for an account. To access and participate in certain features of the Platform, you will need to create a password-protected account ("Account"). You may also register an Account using your existing Google/Facebook account or log-in credentials (your "Third-Party Website Password"). You agree to provide accurate, recent and complete information during the registration or request process and at all times while using the Platform, so as to keep the information up-to date, accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for the protection of your password on the website and, where applicable, your password on the third-party website. You are solely responsible for all activities that take place on your account and you will immediately notify any unauthorized use of the website. Website cannot be held responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account by any party. Notwithstanding the above, due to such unlawful use, you may be responsible for website or other losses.

We reserve the right to disable/finish the vhelptechnologies.com account without any refunds if the providers:

• Have given incorrect information and/or documentation.
• Acted in bad faith.
• Re-registered on the platform for violation of terms under distinct trade licenses.
• Registering under shell/ghost companies.
• Failure to submit records for verification purposes.
• If recognized by UAE’s Government officials as a fugitive or money launderer.
• Selling client information to companies not registered/verified by vhelptechnologies.com.
